正式通告 Official Annoucement

1. 从2023年1月1日起，公司会根据最新的改革方向，模式和市场进行和发展。
Effective from 01 January 2023, there will be some changes in policy in the company’s development based on the latest direction, model, and market.

2. 新政策: 暂时/短期内不再收新生/不招生，不招团队，没有销售分红，没有介绍费等制度，所有的架构一切从简。2022年12月31日前的销售分红/介绍费等还是会根据当时的市场计划继续分发，前提是您们介绍的那个学员还有继续分期付款。
New policy: We will be simplifying our structure. As such, we will temporarily cease to have any new student enrolment, team recruitment, sales commission, and referral fee system etc until further notice. For enrolments before 31 December 2022, the referral fees/sales commission will continue to be distributed according to the existing applicable marketing plan provided that the respective student whom you introduced continues to pay their instalment.

3. 公司将在2023年11月1日之前开办以下所有课程给已经报了名上课的学员：
By 01 November 2023 and subject to any unforeseen changes, the company aims to offer the courses below to students who have enrolled themselves:

– 九宫追星法课程 Star-Law of Nine Palaces Course
– 九宫学基础班课程（Level 1）Foundation Course (Level 1)
– 九宫学中介班课程（Level 2）Intermediate Course (Level 2)
– 九宫学高阶班课程（Level 3）Advance Course (Level 3)
– 小六壬占卜班 Divination Course
– 风水基础法课程 Feng Shui Foundation Course
– 易经数字学课程 I-Ching Numerology Course
– 寻找方向训练营（GPS Camp）
– Level 1 培训班 Level 1 training tutorial
– Level 2培训班 Level 2 training tutorial
– Level 3 培训班 Level 3 training tutorial

**依据款项进度及上课/复习的资格
**Subject to payment progress and eligibility for classes/revision

**公司将继续提供精英课程配套里的十年解盘服务（一年一次），学员必须每年自己主动联系公司安排解盘的排期，否则逾期不理
**The company will continue providing the 10-time Life Chart Analysis service (once a year) under the Elite Course Package. Please note that it is the student’s responsibility to contact the company to arrange for an appointment within each year. Failing which, the Life Chart Analysis entitlement for that year shall cease to be applicable.

4. 2023年11月之后，精英课程配套里的课程和培训会以视频录影方式，放在谷歌云端并发相对的视频链接给相对的学员，包括无法如期安排来上课的学员们。
From November 2023 onwards, all courses and training under the Elite Course Package will be recorded and stored in our Google Drive. The respective video links will be sent to students, including those who are unable to attend the scheduled classes. We hope that this would increase accessibility to education and enhance your learning experience.

5. 由于之前课程有一些灰色地带/漏洞，也为了将来申请课程的方便，以下为最新的课程大纲：
We wish to rectify some gray areas/ loopholes in our previous course package. For clarity and convenience in future enrolment, the latest course outline is as follows:

– Level 1：1堂课（ 3天课程） + 16堂培训班
Level 1: 1 class (class of 3 days) + 16 training tutorials

– Level 2：1堂课（3天课程） + 10 堂培训班
Level 2: 1 class (class of 3 days) + 10 training tutorials

– Level 3：1堂课（3天课程） + 10 堂培训班
Level 3: 1 class (class of 3 days) + 10 training tutorials

– 小六壬：1堂课（1 天课程）
Divination course: 1 class (class of 1 day)

– 风水基础班：1堂课（ 2天课程）
Feng Shui Foundation Course: 1 class (class of 2 days)

– 易经数字学：1堂课（1 天课程）
I-Ching Numerology Course: 1 class (class of 1 day)

– 寻找方向训练营（GPS Camp）：1堂课（3天2夜课程）
GPS Camp: 1 class (class of 3 days 2 nights)

**若有额外的培训课/复习课还是会开放给旧学员为额外福利
**If there are additional training/revision classes, these would be offered to existing students as a value-added benefit subject to availability of slots etc.

**Students would still be required to adhere to the registration procedure by completing their details via the registration link etc

6. 分期付款学员的款项：
Policy on Instalment Payments by Students

* 若超过2个月没有付款 ; 而且是在没有知会公司或同意，没有回复信息，没有notice，没有回应的情况下，将会自动进入终止名单，同时公司会发出一份由律师起稿的正式终止课程配套通知信
* Regarding monthly instalment payments which remain outstanding for more than 2 months, the respective student will be automatically dismissed if such student does not notify or obtain consent from the company for an extension or fails/refuses to reply to the company’s reminders. In such a situation, the issuance of a termination notice (drafted by the company’s lawyer) via email and/or WhatsApp shall be deemed as effective notice.

* 根据款项的进度，而决定可以继续上什么课程；根据%
Students’ eligibility to attend courses shall be based on the payment progress percentage as follows:

– Level 1 课程 + 10年解盘 + 双星配套 = 10%
Level 1 course + 10 years Life Chart Analysis + Star of Nine Gem Package = 10%

– Level 2课程 = 25%
Level 2 course = 25%

– Level 3 课程 = 35%
Level 3 course = 35%

– GPS Camp 寻找方向训练营 = 10%
GPS camp = 10%

– 风水基础法 = 20%
Feng Shui Foundation Course = 20%

– 小六壬及易经数字学 = 有按期付款的话就可以上课
Divination Course & I-Ching Numerology course = Students are eligible to attend if payment has been made accordingly

7. 从2023年11月1日后，课程方面就会进入休眠期（直至另行通告），接下来的业务会集中在服务，比如：解盘和风水咨询等；而九宫追星法的学员可以在将来直接向公司购买个人每年年运命盘-只是售卖给有上过九宫追星法的学员而已。
From November 2023 onwards, we will pause our educational courses (until further notice) with the intention to focus on delivering quality services, such as Life Chart Analysis & Feng Shui Audit Service etc. Moving forward, graduate students of Star-Law of Nine Palaces Course can purchase their annual life chart directly from the company – only selling to students who have graduated from the Star-Law of Nine Palaces Course.

As announced on our official website, our official certified Life Chart Analystsare:

除了九宫学官网宣布的认证解盘老师之外，若有出现九宫学/ 很类似的都不是九宫学认证及承认的解盘老师团队。九宫学的总部位于雪兰莪州八达岭再也的哥打白沙罗（Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya) ，暂无其他分行。所有的款项一定是进入公司银行户口为基准，若款项是进入其他私人户口或其他公司银行户口，恕不受理。
Apart from those who have been announced and recognized as certified Life Chart Analysts on our official website, please note that anyone else claiming to have a similar qualification / NDMA is not recognized or certified by our company. Our HQ and branches are located in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, and Selangor. We do not have any other branches at the moment. All payments for services must be made directly to the company’s bank account. Payments made to any staff, teacher or student’s personal bank account or company bank account are strictly prohibited without the company’s written consent.

9. 所有任何侵犯课程产品，知识产权，九宫学版权等人，公司将保留权利采取法律的行动。
The company reserves its rights to take legal action against anyone who harms or compromises the company’s reputation and branding or anyone who infringes on the confidentiality of our course products, intellectual property rights, and copyright etc.

10. 我们将会重组所有的小群组群聊，只保留大群组群聊让学员还是可以询问咨询和发通告等等。
As a move to streamline communications, we will be reorganizing all small group chats. We will only maintain the large group chats so that students can still ask questions and receive announcements
